Personally, I have avoided discussing this case until now for a couple of reasons. One, this is being reported extensively by individuals who are doing a great job and the second reason is because this act of violence is absolutely abhorrent. There is something about this that has really struck a nerve...it is disturbing.
The innocent victims, the media spin on this, the depraved social media takes, the takes that essentially attempt to excuse the attack for political reasons, and all of it together makes me sick to my stomach.
In fact, words cannot describe the true nature of these reprobates and how I feel about the coverage of this incident. Again, right when I believe the media cannot get any more disgusting, a trap door opens and we fall deeper and deeper into political turmoil.
